Established in 1988, Mantelli’s is a FSSC 22000 certified biscuit factory producing market-leading premium biscuits, rusks and cookies. Our factory offers significant flexibility allowing for niche handmade smaller runs as well as larger volume automated manufacture. The entire factory and management team is female with more than 95% of employees coming from previously disadvantaged groups.
